She moved to the San Luis Valley with her family and kitties in 2017. She became involved in the Mystic Valley Art Council because of her love for art. She wants to help bring art to our community and inspire herself to get back at it. She love all kinds of art and is really excited to see murals in our community ~ along with the awesome art cranes. She is involved in the community through her son's school as the PTO President and as the Activity Coordinator for a STEM grant at Adams State University which takes her to schools across the SLV encouraging interest in STEM fields. She has degrees in Art and Science and is always willing to talk about how they work so well together. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with family and gardening. Her hope is that we create a welcoming art community in our wonderful little town and that we see a thriving downtown where we can all get together and celebrate living!
